In the photo below, you see where we can sit to watch the Indian Ocean and the beautiful sky it reflects. The breathtaking view changes before your eyes as you sit here. The white surf that blows a mist. The horizon -- so flat-seeming. The sky that meets it. The cotton-puff clouds above. The sea is a magnet. Can life offer more?
Yes, we sit. It is enough to sit here and be absorbed. Only there are Heavenletters to write and so much to do.
Today, when I go down to walk on the beach, I will take more pictures of the ocean. Of course, no photo, not one, does the ocean justice.
Now here's a peek at one of Santhan's surfboards:
Now we go inside to see just one thing. This is a huge jar of kim-chi that Heaven Admin made from red cabbage, green tomatoes, green peppers, carrots, zucchini, corn off the cob. Kim-chi is fermented of course. Aren't the colors rich? And, oh, the consciousness that goes into it -- you must come have some.
And now, one more outdoor shot. This is the same orange moon over the Indian Ocean you saw yesterday, except this shot is framed with all that the moon over the Indian Ocean here in Palm Beach in South Africa shines on. Oh, the beauty.
