A blessed Ramadan

Over one billion Muslims and non-Muslims all over the world celebrate Ramadan.  They fast daily, eating nothing, drinking nothing every day for one month until sunset. There is no smoking, no gum-chewing. The fasting is for purification and devotion and love and gratitude for blessings from Allah (God.)

I am so inspired by the sense of joy these photos reveal.  Peace and joy on Earth.

The famous poet Rumi writes:

"O moon-faced Beloved,

the month of Ramadan has arrived.

Cover the table

and open the path of praise."

"The month of fasting has come, the emperor's banner has arrived; withhold your hand from food, the spirit's table has arrived...

...Wash your hands and your mouth, neither eat nor speak; seek that speech and that morsel which has come to the silent ones."

May the light of Ramadan shine on us all.

Isn't it amazing? It so happened that, we launched our new business on the day that Ramadan began and on that morning I was thinking about all our family around the world who would begin their fast. How beautiful it is focus more of ones attention for an entire month on God.

One day we will be so finely tuned into the Divine Vibration that it will be as natural as breathing.

Beautiful, One. So beautiful what you write.

the most beautiful words I ever heard dearest One, and yes, it is amazing !! you are such a blessing, and not even in disguise, we are so lucky !!
much love

"La ilaha illallah" - "There is no god but God".

I love you, Gloria.

How happy I am to hear from you, Angel. Please let's hear from you often, will you?

I think that starting the day with meditation, yoga, reading a Heavenletter, or just having a spiritual thought to start or end the day with sets the beat of the day and of the night. It is like going to the mass without having to go out.

And, indeed, thinking of God is also a developed habit replacing the old habit of mentalizing about anything and nothing. It becomes really as natural as breathing. In fact, breathing is a divine food, the most immediate one (after the thought).

"How beautiful it is focus more of ones attention for an entire month on God."
Indeed, Santhan, if we were focusing more and more often on God, we would not have to be God's critic, judging against Him. We would interfere less with His Creation and distort it less into sickly forms. We would withdraw our wishes from its unity, and thus we would let it be as He created it.

What a big change it would be in the world!

"O you who believe, fasting is decreed for you, as it was decreed for those before you, that you may attain salvation." Quran [2:183]
Ramadan mubarak to you all.. Wish you blessings...
