Angels
There was a time when I was so in love with the reproductions of angels that I wanted to open an angel store. I must have had fifty little angels, and they were the sweetest angels you ever saw. I loved seeing angels wherever I looked.
For a long time I read angel books, and the thought of angels lifted my heart. I don't doubt that we have guardian angels who have take us out of scrapes we get ourselves into.
According to my Sufi friends, God created three levels of beings:
Human beings
Angels
Genies
The highest of all are not angels, as I would have thought. Human beings are! That was a surprise. I would have thought angels, and I suppose that is the thinking of most of the Western world. Of course, that wasn't something I had really thought, but rather my absorption of the culture I lived in. I took it for granted that angels held the highest rank.
According to my understanding, the reason given why angels are the second highest is that they are all good and can only be all good and can only serve. They have no choice to make. They are angels and nothing but angels. They unerringly serve God and mankind.
Human beings are considered the highest for the very reason that we have free will. At the same time as we have such great potential, we can make errors. We do make errors. Certainly, we have, yet we can grow. We can rise to make beautiful choices, but we don't have to. Not only can we grow, we do grow.
God gives us Heavenletters. He urges us to recognize our greatness. I suppose He doesn't have to have a newsletter to inspire angels, for they already are inspired.
When we chose to come to Earth as human beings, we made a noble choice. And here we are.

I bet angels read Heavenletters too.
The way I see it is that Plants & Insects; Reptiles & Fish; Animals; Sentient Beings; Angels; Liberated Ones; and God Realized Ones are all the same being in different states of awareness. The sentient experience is considered the highest, because it is only in this world (I don't mean Earth) that one can rise to the highest state of awareness.
Angels are not beyond good and bad, right and wrong and they are not all dear. Only those rare ones who have conquered time space and matter are beyond the toil of the opposites and conflict.
It takes a lot of courage to be human. I suspect, that human beings are considered special amongst all sentient beings and that's probably why the Earth has not been removed to make way for a space highway.

I think that a Human Being ( I intend only the one who has realized God consciousness) is God and all the rest is His manifestation ( angels, ET, ordinary humans etc.). At the core, the manifestation has no substance because the only Reality is God or the Consciousness of Love.
We should have a blog entitled: The Angels said:
What do they have to say about an Angel life compared to a human life? Would it be for us an incentive to become angels asap?
