Prelude to Godwriting workshop at the Dead Sea
I remember reading a story of how God created the first man from mud. Does anyone know where this folklore comes from? Here is a photo of Heaven Admin after he had applied the wonderful healing oozing mud from the Dead Sea to his body. It so happens I don't remember which one of the Mud Man photos Heaven Admin wanted up or I can't find the one, so I'll put a few up. We can always add and change later. Osi took these photos:

Below is a photo of me with mud on my face after I had been rescued from bobbling up and down on the Dead Sea. Beside me is Edna, Heaven's Hebrew translator, who always made me laugh:

I usually dress up for workshops. I even buy outfits to impress at workshops! Of course, there is a Heavenletter in which God says that we don't have to dress up for Him at all. Just as we are, He said. How relaxing.
There were the four of us at a square table under a canopy. I was wearing my wet denim skirt that I had worn in the Dead Sea with a different top that Osi, Edna's sister, had loaned me – and later told me to keep. Edna wore a shirt over her swimsuit. Osi had a sarong on over her bathing suit, as I remember, though half way through the workshop, she wore just her bathing suit. Heaven Admin had washed off the healing mud and was bare-chested! And here we were Godwriting with all the love in Heaven.
Now, c'mon, who would have dreamed of a Godwriting workshop in bathing suits and one bare chest, sweat pouring off us in rivers, and bugs that gravitated to us that I, most of all, kept swatting at as they dived for my face.
Clearly, it is hot at the Dead Sea. I understand that even in winter, it is hot at the Dead Sea. We are speaking now of true desert, desert not yet made into an oasis as much of Israel is. And we are talking of heat that is excessively hot and not ladylike at all.
Incidentally, the Dead Sea is 400 metres below sea level. Supposedly, skin unused to sun will not burn at the Dead Sea. However, I can debate that since I have a rim of sunburn around my neck.
The Dead Sea revealed itself in glorious shades of blue and green.
On the other side of the Dead Sea is the country of Jordan where peace shines forth. God joined us, and wait until you see the fabulous Godwriting we all received. It was all I could do not to bow down to these people who wrote down God's exquisite words.
The workshop drives itself. We don't do much. Then, at some point, it's time to Godwrite, and Godwrite we do. What a wonderful time we had with God, and what a wonderful time God must have had with us. My feeling was that Edna and Osi were so primed that God could have come right in before I said a word, and, without further ado, Edna and Osi would be kicking up a storm of Godwriting. Of course, I do make people wait before we actually start Godwriting until they are absolutely adamant that they want to Godwrite. This is smart psychology, don't you think?
I never cease to be amazed that God comes in and tells each one of us what to write. I may never know how it happens. What I do know for sure is that Godwriting comes.
From the beginning of the workshop, Edna and Osi were so grateful for it. And Heaven Admin and I were so grateful for the workshop as well. I do not know anything that equals a workshop that picks up steam as it goes along without any effort whatsoever. Oh, that God.
God, why were Heaven Admin and I at this workshop at all when You really could have had Osi and Edna Godwriting without a word from us?

Hello Gloria,
I can't wait for more pictures!!
As the others said,it was almost like being there with you on your travels. Your descriptions are wonderful.
Your words flow and paint the picture that I could almost taste the food and feel the mud.
See.. now I had to get out my dead sea salts and soak in them, while I had my clay mask on my face.
Very healing indeed.
Gloria, I have question. I would so much like to learn how to Godwrite. Is it possible to try this without having the benefit of a workshop?
I know you have no plans to come to Ontario, Canada in the future, and I (at least not right at this time)have no plans to come to Argentina. How does one accomplish this, without your's and Heaven Admin's direction?
Is this something, after prayer or meditation a person could try?
Your travels and exoeriences are really what life is meant to be all about isn't it? It truly is in the giving that we receive.
As a p.s. - two days ago my computer decided (or God) that I only needed to receive Heavenletters at one address again.
In love & light,
Lynda
Beloved Lynda,
I learned to Godwrite by myself. There is no need for meditation or prayer before Godwriting. There is nothing exclusive about Godwriting(tm). Godwriting is my name for it. Listening for God is available to all.
Although there are advantages to coming to a workshop -- if you feel the urge to Godwrite, I wouldn't hold back, dear Lynda.
Oh, you have some dead sea salts!
It seemed that hot mail corrected itself!
Loving you,
Gloria
Hello Gloria,
Actually, hotmail corrected itself while you were in Turkey (I believe). Then things seemed to be on track for a few weeks. I was receiving Heavenletters at two different addresses. Suddenly, on Thursday hotmail wasn't receving them anymore. For some reason though, my network address will lovingly accept them!
Perhaps God has decided I only need to receive it once.
Yes, I have Dead Sea salts. I took a "mini" aromatherapy course a year ago. My friend Carolle (who was teaching) spent a lot of time on how we need to take care of ourselves, and love ourselves. One of her favourite ways is to make a Dead Sea salt bath with essential oils. One of my favourites is lavender and siberian fir. Just like being in a fresh forest! She also spent some time on the uses of clay - particulary from the Mediteranean. So, Gloria your skin will love you back.
Thankyou for your words about Godwriting. I am putting a vision book together, and the feeling has come a few times (when i am thinking of things to write) that God's words could be on the page. I will try it.
I have to tell you again, reading about your experiences was wonderful. You are so expressive that I'm sure we all felt we were there with you and Santhan (and all the others).
In love & light,
Lynda
Oh my God... look at the pictures!!!!!!....
Dearest Gloria and Santhan and all Angels,
I have no words for the pictures. Would you have ever thought to see such pictures and maybe to explain: "Well yes, these picture are related to a Godwriting workshop of course...!"
Dearest Lynda, I have a feeling that Godwriting will simply come naturally, maybe it will burst forward, maybe it will tiptoe, but it will be God's wonderful loving voice. What ever comes up is fresh and the essence of God's creation, even if nothing comes up and one just enjoys sitting in stillness and peace.
big hugs from italy
