Prime land in Capilla del Monte

When I saw this photo of the land Heaven Admin wants to buy to build a spiritual eco community on, my first thought was that, if I'm lucky enough to go to CommuniTree in Argentina, I will sit under this tree and write.
When Heaven Admin first sent me the beautiful photos he had taken of Agua Claras (Clear Waters) this beautiful land, he wrote:
This is a magical tree. It is surrounded by a ring of trees of the same species.
Could there possibly be anything more enchanting on this land?
Yes, there can!

I went ga-ga when I saw the photo above. Please, God, let Heaven Admin be able to buy this land!
Heaven Admin wrote:
This is some kind of artistic installation which probably goes to Narnia. The last little man at the end has a human embryo in his chest. I think it means something about how man grows.
Now see another pathway:

Heaven Admin wrote:
This is the pathway to the meditation dome, apartments, and bee hives.
Don’t you just want to walk in that enchanted land? Will you all come to Argentina?
Here is another view of the 400 hectares in Capilla del Monte:

Heaven Admin described the above photo:
Bamboo plantation! The place has two.
Now another tree:

Beautiful beautiful.
Do you remember the musical I am writing that takes place in 3000 B.C. in Brindaban, India? Heaven Admin had a wonderful idea of turning the play into a screenplay and using this land as the set. He has some other great ideas concerning this as well.
Heaven Admin wrote:
Yes, this could be Brindaban, a magical place.
Now look at the heights one could climb to on this beautiful land:

When I first saw this, I thought it must be some kind of silo. This structure must be taller than the tallest mast on a galley ship. I'm not going to climb that ladder!
Heaven Admin wrote:
This is a water tower. Underground water gets stored there and then distributed to the other structures. Water comes from an underground spring that flows through the year. The spring is located about ~1000m away from the buildings and forms a creek that runs past the property. The water is piped directly to the water tower from the exit of the underground spring and is pure drinking water. The spring is located higher up from the tower so the tower is filled by gravity. There is an existing garden, although neglected. There are a few fruit trees, 2 small bamboo plantations and lots of aloe plants. Also a 20-meter swimming pool.
And now to see some of the existing buildings:

Heaven Admin wrote:
Above is a house with about 3-4 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces and 2 bathrooms.
And below:

Library, class room and communal room for workshops and stuff.
About the photo below, I asked Heaven Admin: Does this horse come with the land?

Heaven Admin answered:
Yup. I made friends with this horsie. She started following me around for a while. That is four apartment/rooms behind her.
And could there be more? Yes, there is! Look at this! And wait until you see what Heaven Admin wrote!

Heaven Admin wrote:
Dome, used for meditation and yoga. 20-30 people can fit inside. It's the most outlying structure. It's yours, Senora, until I build you a custom designed place."
Can you imagine someone's saying to you: "It's yours until I build you a custom-designed place." Oh, pinch me!
It is true what God says -- that our lives are fiction. I am living in a great novel! What would the title be?
And now, back to Earth. Nothing like an old tractor to ground a person:

Heaven Admin wrote:
It does not look like it's planning to go anywhere soon. However, I would love to have a go at fixing it.
About the photo below, at first I said:

Look at this caballero!
Then I looked again, and I said: "Why, it’s you, Senor!"
Heaven Admin wrote:
This is me in an old Ford pickup called Matilda. That's Neptune, my bike, in the back. See that piece of wood in the back? It's actually a dried flower stalk. It's the stalk of a cactus that grows here. One of Jimmy's friends gave the cactus to him to make a digeridoo. But it fell off somewhere along the way! I want to go look for it.
And I want more photos! More, more!

Beautiful and inspiring!
I am speachless, this land is magic, it is THE LAND. I love it, every bit of it, thanks so very very much for sharing ! Oceans of love to you.
Wow Love is in the air. What a beautiful place and Heaven admin is shining on the picture with Matilda. Thank you for the photo's. It's Paradise.
Wow! I love the dome house. And the horse.
WOW! The first picture reminds me of what the tree Buddha sat under must have looked like. And yes, it does have the feel of Krishna's time too. So divine! Wonderful! a big YES!
Glora, I love how you put the pictures together with story! Wow. I also shot some video on that little Zi8 camera I picked up in Buenos Aires. This would be an ideal place for the first CommuniTree community. Let's do it!
How do we do it? Tell me what I can do.
And how do we see the video?
Wow, I want to go there!
OK! You're on! Actually, hadn't we planned that long ago?
Here's what I see...
#1 - Launch CommuniTree publicly
#2 - Present the first CommuniTree community project (Capilla del Monte) and invite people to participate
#3 - Interested people become Community founders and gather virtually and meet each other via the community builders tool that CommuniTree provides
#4 - Create the community vision, founding principals, values and mission. Select a decision making process.
#5 - Pool resources and buy the land
#6 - Move to Argentina and start having fun!
How organized your mind is!
#6 is my favorite!
Okay, for #1, how do I help launch CommuniTree publicly. What do I do?
#1 is a technical issue more than anything else. You and the rest of the group already helped so much with the vision, mission and purpose document and also the website plan. I'm working on the technical part every evening. The web server will be ready for us to launch the website this week.
Hi! I and a friend are in the process of checking a few places between Capilla Del Monte and Santa Cruz, Bolivia, also looking for spot to start an intentional community. We arrived in Capilla del Monte yesterday and after doing a quick search online to see what was in the area, found your wonderful Godwriting blog and intentional community project!
How is the project going?
We will probably only be here a few days, but if you or anyone from your group are available, we would love to meet with you.
Santhan is in Capilla del Monte right now. I am emailing him right away to make sure he sees your beautiful post right away. I know he would love to talk to you. How can he reach you besides posting here? Email me gloria [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Dear Intentional Community Friends, thank you for emailing me. In case you come back to this site, I want to make sure that you received Santhan's email. Meet him at 6 p.m. tonight at Soma Cafe! Looking forward to more from you, dear Lance.
Gloria,
Thank you for sending the link to your blog! I got chills when I saw the pictures, and definately saw myself there doing workshops with you.
You wrote "It is true what God says — that our lives are fiction. I am living in a great novel! What would the title be?" HEAVEN SCENT!
Love you, and printing out a picture of this beautiful land to put in my Godbox!
