Looks delish.... My favorite thing from indian cuisine are the simosas (i'm sure I'm not calling it right). They sort of resemble our russian/armenian kachapuries. When is the next party gonna take place? I'd love to be a part of it.

Tell us more about Russian/Armenian kachapuries! Where do you live?!!!

Nope, I don't think I'll be coming. I did at first, but I was blind then, I see way better now. I'm still learning, so I'm gonna rely on my heart, my mind, my body, and my soul to guide me. Arios. I'm done with this site.

What is Raitta? That looks very interesting. Is it curd or some type of soured milk salad dressing?

The raita I know is made of yogurt, usually thinned with shredded cucumber and maybe some spices. I think we'd call it a condiment. It is not sweet. It is cooling. Some people just spoon it over their other food. I like to eat it with a spoon from a separate tiny bowl.
