Tabatha's Salon Takeover

At the apartment I lived in, I didn't have TV, and it was a good experience without it. However, now that I am at Lauren's before I leave for South Africa, there is one TV show I absolutely love to watch, and that is Tabitha's Salon Takeover.
Tabitha is very direct. She says what she thinks. She is a no-nonsense person. And she knows a lot. And I have learned a lot from her.
She will take an unbelievably failing beauty salon, where there is little or no hope, where the business is, for example, $60, 000 in arrears, doing so much if not everything wrong -- attitudes and behaviors inappropriate. It is not by accident that the salon is failing.
Tabitha will work with the owner and staff and turn the business around. She has worked miracles with staff. She sets everyone right. I admire her straightforwardness.

I want to be more like Tabitha. She can listen, but she doesn't worry about hurting people's feelings. She tells it like it is. I have not seen her to be wrong. She doesn't put kindness above getting the job done. She gets the job done.
She is there to transform the business. She is not there to hold someone's hands, yet she is great support. She is a marvelous counselor. She doesn't mince words. She doesn't tell people what they want to hear. She speaks frankly. Her motivation is not to spare someone's feelings. She simply clearly speaks the truth as she sees it, and, from what I have seen, she sees the truth.
I think Tabatha is brilliant.
