Why Not Happiness
My Personal Godwriting the Other Morning:
Dear God,
The electricity was off this morning. I felt how quiet it was without. Also it made me appreciate electricity.
Bearing in mind that I promised I would write only positive things to You, I am going to list all the things I think of this minute that make me happy:
Hearing from You
Reading comments from Heavenreaders
Writing blog entries
Eating and going out to eat
When everything is neat
When I walk two miles a day
When the air is fresh
When flowers bloom
When we don’t need heat in the house or fans. Don’t need anything
Colors
All the senses
When I have the feeling that I’ve finished everything I had to do today
When someone smiles at me, especially my daughter
When a new subscriber comes
All the Heaven translators
There is much more.
God, I have a lot of joy. Sometimes, though, it seems like I have two levels of life going on at the same time. So, here’s my question -- God, even with great happiness, why does my heart ache so?
God said:
Foolishness, dear one. Foolishness.

Hay Dear Gloria, With the electricity off you can not read blog answers nor write blog nor write heaven letters,no wonder your heart aches, because of the power failure you might feel shut of from your electronic friends, do not worry we love you as much as ever the electricity must have come back as I got your heavens Letter, so welcome back to your friends LOve light and blessings Jack
I'd like to have an answer to that same question from God as well.
WOW
Such and answer.
What a terrific answer! I agree with One...4 simple words and so powerful and humbling. I do not think you are foolish by any stretch of the imagination, Gloria, but I do know our foolish egos work hard to focus on the heartache.
Namaste!
Hi Gloria,
Well, foolish we all are at times.
Maybe you need to have more fun.
Thank you for visiting us last night.
You and Lauren made a BIG hit with Peter, and he is not easily won over!
Happy 2008.
love,
Jacqueline
Beloved Jack, Jo, Santhan, the power of your supportive words is beyond measure. I think you and a few others are spoiling me. But please keep it up!
YOu know, dear Jacqueline, when God says you're foolish, it's like a compliment! The attention is so nice.
