With Heaven Admin here
Just watching Heaven Admin, I learn so much. First of all, he is a happy man. Visibly happy man. As he works at the computer, it is easy to see that he is enjoying. Whatever Heaven Admin does, he enjoys it. He loves everything. He loves making his yerba mate tea that he drinks through a permanent straw called bombilla.
He loves walking through a room.
He loves going outside. He loves coming inside.
He loves sweeping.
What a vitality he has. Of course he does. Which came first, his vitality or enjoying everything he is doing?
Even very little things, I learn from him. When he wipes the kitchen counter, he does it all in one grand sweep. It is like he embraces wiping the counter and does it all at once. All my life, I have wiped the kitchen counter in little circles.
Heaven Admin loves cooking, and he loves eating.
He loves serving. He must love being served as well, although he gives little opportunity.
He loved that dessert I made. The one made from dried apricots and dates with real fresh whipped cream all over it! I added to the recipe a delicacy that Heaven Admin had made. He had diced fresh coconut meat, cooked it in butter and a little sugar, and that was the most delicious thing in the world you have ever tasted. Well, at his suggestion, I added the crunch of this delicacy to the fruit compote. How good can food get!
Jacqueline had some. Lauren and June, Lauren's good friend, had some. They all swooned in exquisite delight.
Today we're going over to Claude's for lunch. http://www.godwriting.org/godwriting/dinner-at-claudes-chapattis.htm And I will bring this marvelous dessert there. I wonder what we should name this dessert.
Tomorrow we're going to an open house at Eco-Village, a sustainable community.

That was delicious. But I am putting on the weight if you keep eating and preparing those wonderful dishes with us, dear Gloria. I have to try them myself sometime. I mean making it and see if I can make something like it to give Mieke. Now we are all sated. Thank you Gloria I will come again if I May??? Love to All Jack
One of my international residents left behind his very ornate bombilla when he returned to his country. It is just beautiful.
Mmmh, this is the 2nd post in a row with very tasty stuff for a Godcooking book... I guess it would be nice to collect all these recipes (also those in HL forum) in one book. I'll start with some copy & paste of recipes in a pdf file :). Thanks Gloria & Santhan! :)

Well Gloria, maybe you could give some stimulus to this little idea with an email to all the HL subscribers inviting to post recipes in the forum. I think that vegetarian cuisine would be "a must" in this case (if you agree, of course): a distinction, maybe, could be made between vegetarian and vegan (without eggs and daries products) recipes. Let's see if it works :).
