Performance Review
Here is a questionnaire that Heaven Admin recently gave out to his team. This is a questionnaire, it seems to me, that people would stand in line for the privilege of filling it out. This questionnaire makes you think through matters worth thinking through. Heaven Admin sent me the following questionnaire that forms the basis for an interview. I answered this, and found it a lovely means for self-discovery. I loved what I found out about myself, good things I really hadn't known. I think a person can only grow from writing down the answers to this questionnaire.
It is divided into three sections: Personal, Organization (meaning the company), and Finances and Time.
Here goes:
This is an interview form for Khanyi Media and associated projects/companies. Please take your time to read through the questions and reply from your heart. There are 25 questions and 3 sections. No this is not a test! You will not get a score.
Answer the questions in the language you feel comfortable with.
Your name:

Please take time to be a little specific and mention a few details. [Santhan's example: One day I dream of driving along the coast of East Africa in a Volkswagen beetle. I see myself driving in a red beetle with roof racks and raised suspension. In the beetle I will have a tent and sleeping bag, and a yerba mate holder so I can drink yerba while driving. Please tell us the meaning of Khanyi! Thank you!
Khanyi comes from the isiZulu language, meaning light. In Khanyi Media, the light symbolizes the divinity that shines forth from every being. Khanyi Media serves that light.
