Heaven Admin is always full of surprises!

Here's an email I received from Heaven Admin this a.m.

Querida, how's the blog going? It will be running much faster now. We implemented the CDN (content delivery network) feature that we were working on for a few months. This delivers content to people around the world much faster. A visitor from Australia won't have to wait for the file to be delivered from the US. Instead the CDN keeps a copy of the file on a server closest to Australia and delivers it from there. We use Amazon, which has 25 delivery points around the world!

The tags are now above the body so it's easier to remember to tag your content.
There's a wordcount feature on the editor. It shows number of words on the bottom right.
The multiple image upload thing is working. You can upload multiple images in one shot. The standard image upload is the default.

I would like to comment about Heaven Admin's email:

First of all, the MoFlow blog, from the beginning, has made my life easier. Just one example is the downloading of images. Before I had to adjust the size before I could post them. I had to learn to follow a detailed procedure. I don't remember now all that I had to do because I haven't had to do it in so long. I will just say that the blog now takes about a quarter of the effort it used to before MoFlow. Now, I can hardly imagine what it would be like to do multi-images in one stroke! Can this be? Or did I dream this?

You remember that I started out on a typewriter! I enjoyed using a typewriter at the time. Now a typewriter seems like something out of the dark ages.

And, yes, I've posted blogs, forgetting the tags. The new placement of the tags will help.

And how great to have the blog open up quickly! Not that I thought it was slow -- but faster is a wonderful feature. If you're like me, even a few seconds seems like a long time when you're just waiting.

I love word count. I don't have to know how many words I'm using, but how I do like to know. Right this minute it says 368 words.

Heaven Admin, you have taken care of every aspect of Heavenletters for eight years now. Like the man in the blog yesterday who appeared out of the blue to help, you did, too, and you have continued ceaselessly.

P.S. The multiple image uploading works! I added these three photos to the browse place. Then I was able to insert each photo without further ado. Well done, Senor, well-done! Good going, Gloria! Good going! You did it the first time around. Amazing.
