If you like color...
Isn't this too gorgeous for words?! How did the purple show up there?!!
My wonderful neighbor from so many years ago and and still most dear friend, Barbara Orsow, a nature photographer, just sent me breathtaking photos she took in Ashland, Oregon's Lithia Park. I have to be reminded that it is autumn in the U.S. while we're heading into summer here in South Africa.
Here are a few more of my very favorites:
I LOVE COLOR!
The following photo is a composition that hints at a story. Perhaps someone lonely was sitting on that bench amidst all the beauty God has painted. Was it a man or woman, and what story did the solitary person have to tell?
Barbie, the following photo can't be real! Who painted those trees? Who curved that sidewalk and threw those leaves on the curving sidewalk? Did you do that, dear friend?
Heaven Admin recently told me about the Golden Ratio that the great artists use. Do you use the Golden Ratio in your photographs, dear Barbara?

Yes Gloria The autom colours is what I miss in the tropics, but the tempertures compensate for that. When the trees start colouring I still swim in the creeks. But Lo and behold some angels sends photos and I can be warm and still see gods paintings. Thank you Gloria and Barbara for sharing. Love you all. Jack
Well, Gloria - you've done it again! You've managed to increase my joy tenfold by sharing these photos on your blog. Your words frame the pictures so beautifully. And Jack, so happy that your memories of a 4-season life include the joys of autumn's colors and that you could find them here with Gloria. Golden Ratio from here on out! Thanks, One! Sending much love to all, Barbara
I thought you must have already been doing the Golden Ration! Your photos are BEAUTIFUL! I sure love them. Thank you for letting me share them!
I like color. The first picture is art to me. I love to look at it ongoing.
We have autumn now and I love the red and orange coloured leaves on the ground and the clowdy sky.
Love sharing with you! Uta
And I love your sharing, dear Uta!
