Deleting
I came across this draft of a blog that I wrote I have no idea when. Here it is is anyway:
There is part of me that is great at deleting. I pounce on those spams and forwards as they come in. Spam has no chance to settle in in my inbox. I weed those babies before they know what has hit them.
Then there are other things that I resist and resist deleting.
For instance, this photo has stayed in Photos for Blog for a long time. To this day, I haven't been able to delete it.
[Note: The photo I mean did not reproduce itself here. It had a code for a photo but no photo. I have no idea what photo it is, but I'll continue anyway. Note this blog entry was originally written on February 2, 2012!]
This photo was taken at least three years ago in my daughter's house. I'm sure those were lilies from the garden.
It would appear that I hold on to the past. Of course, not even deleting photos is the cure for holding on to the past.
In fact, I haven't yet found out how to let go of it. Anyone know?

We don't have to let go of the past. We let go of all that identifies with it.
No I do not know, how to let go the past. Same with me.
Maybe that is the reason, why God tells us again and again to let go. But who knows, what a crutch may be good for. Maybe the same reason, you do hold on to some things in the past is the reason, you have this great ability to write letters from God every single day. Why not accept it how you are, or if you don't, you could ask God what you are still clinging on to. Hope this is a little helpfull message...
