A Quick Quiz
Scrambling for something to write about this morning, I hit on the idea of giving you a quiz!
I don't imagine there is any way you can give the right answers to these questions unless you somehow already happen to know the answers. If you do already happen to know, wait a while before answering so those who can only guess have a chance. Here goes:
1. In what city was I married?
2. My daughter is named Lauren. What name did I almost name her?
3. When I was in high school, I once worked in a retail store just for a few days before Easter. A customer was so happy with my service -- and because he was a generous person to begin with -- that he tipped me fifty cents. Fifty cents then was a very generous tip. It might be close to what $5.00 would be today. This was not a store where it was customary to tip at all. The question is: What kind of a store was it?
I so look forward to your answers!
Good luck!
